About the Course
Marmalade create unique, hand-painted vintage furniture and beautiful home accessories in their studio workshop at Fisherton Mill in Salisbury..
Ruth also runs workshops to teach furniture painting techniques. These can be tailored to your needs and are generally on a one to one basis. As well as the basic techniques Ruth is also able to teach stenciling, embossing and craquelure.

What's included in the price?
This workshop includes a wooden tray to paint and take home and all tools and materials or if you prefer you can bring a piece of your own furniture to learn on. The cost for this is £15ph + paint (£18.95 a litre)
Fisherton Mill is the largest independent Gallery complex in the south and has an onsite, award winning, Cafe on the ground floor. The Gallery Café's varied menu changes to suit the seasons and the recipes often use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Pop in for a coffee, a cup of tea and a piece of cake, or something more substantial either before or after your workshop.
There is always something delicious to choose from - for lunch, try a generously filled sandwich or something warm, such as some hearty soup in winter, or a healthy salad in the summer, all washed down with a glass of wine, some elderflower or home-made minty limeade.
