About the Course

Country Hares & Foxes Workshop. Love wool? Then you'll love needle felting!

Fibre artist Carla Taylor of The Mousehole Woolery will guide you step by step through the basic techniques of needle felting as well as sharing lot of tips and tricks that she has learnt along the way as well as her love and passion for local Dorset and British wool.

By the end of the workshop you will have created your own country hare or fox out of beautiful wool ready for you to take home or, if you can part with them, to give to someone as a special gift.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners or those with some experience of needle felting. The price of the workshop includes all materials and a needle felting kit, that you get to keep, take home and carry on creating with. Some of our workshops also include lunch and afternoon tea and cake. Please see individual workshops for further details.

A fun, creative and inspiring day with friendly, like minded people!

Fisherton Mill is the largest independent Gallery complex in the south and has an onsite, award winning, Cafe on the ground floor. The Gallery Café's varied menu changes to suit the seasons and the recipes often use fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
