About the Course

Rag Rug Wreath.

Festive fun making a textile wreath using recycled fabrics and rag rug making
techniques.

At this workshop you will discover the rag rug making techniques of prodding and hooking whilst making a beautiful festive wreath.

Mounted on a frame and decorated with cones these rag rug wreaths make great presents and delightful, enduring decorations for the home.

What's included in the price?

Workshop Tutor:
Sue Clow is a local textile artist with 30 years experience in textile recycling and designing.
She has experimented with many different textile techniques and sells tools and kits as
well as her handmade crafts.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Sue is running a Creative Pegloom Weaving workshop too at Denmark farm if you would enjoy a weekend of textile recycling fun! Please see our other listing for more details.


All tools and materials will be provide by Sue. There will be a £5 charge for materials payable directly to Sue on the day. Please bring your own sharp scissors .Teas and coffee is provided but please bring a packed lunch.
