About the Course

Learn about the beautiful art of glass fusing, the design process and techniques to produce stunning pieces of glass work. You will develop a tall, free standing design from which you will make a layered panel. Fenella will then take your pieces away to be fired; your finished fused artworks will be ready for collection or delivery (extra £3) within a week or two. Your pieces will come back in box along with a polished oak stand on which to mount your panel.

Fenella has been working with kiln formed glass for over 25 year. She was first introduced to this versatile process in the mid 1990’s at Art College and majored in fusing glass as an art form; carrying out many experiments on compatibility in her garage using a tiny ceramic painting kiln.

As a full time artist Fenella takes on commissions large and small and exhibits and sells her work. She enjoys teaching, eager to pass on her skill and knowledge.
