Join us in the Brew Shed for a fun day with the focus on our feathered friends.
You will start by getting busy with tools, nails and all things DIY as our Estate Manager, Gary, guides you in making a wooden nesting box to hang in your own garden or outdoor space.
After morning coffee we will take a stroll around the grounds and forage for foliage and berries in readiness for making an attractive bird feeder garland. This will be filled with all the birds’ favourite food and you will be able to hang this at home and enjoy watching it being consumed.
Lunch is served ‘Brew shed’ style; rustic and wholesome, washed down with a mulled cider, and after lunch, take a pew and enjoy watching a fabulous falconry demonstration in the grounds at Toolerstone.
Gary is our Estate Manager here at Toolerstone and he is many things including a DIY enthusiast. Gary works here at Toolerstone to assist in creating the magic and oversee any projects we have going on. He is an all-round outside kind of guy.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
