Fairy houses at the Crafty Potter

Hello, I'm Sharon, an experienced ceramic sculpture & Clay artist. I regularly host fun & informal pottery sessions from my Pottery Studio in the beautiful village of Heskin, Lancashire.

Come and join us making a lovely fairy house in clay- We have lots of different styles to choose from, and they can be decorated however you like.

You will learn how to construct the house using slabs of clay & how to make a support structure for the roof. After building the house, we add all the quirky features to make them unique. Full tuition is given so the course is suitable for beginners, Children 8 years plus are welcome to attend.
Bisque firing is included ready for acrylic painting at home. Should you wish you can return to the studio for glaze painting, this is an optional extra at £15pp

All our classes are kept small with 1-4 persons unless you come as part of a larger group, and run everyday except Mondays & Thursdays.

The Crafty Potter studio is based within Heskin shopping Village, a unique retail and leisure destination featuring over 40 unique shops and businesses, With free parking we’re a perfect destination for you to make a great fun day out.

You are welcome to bring your packed lunch with you, snacks & drinks are available from the various outlets within the centre.

The class makes a fabulous gift for all occasions.

To keep our studio safe we continue to have sanitisers & reduced numbers, alongside Deep cleaning and disinfecting. Group bookings are a maximum of 8 persons.
I cant wait to see you all again, Sharon xx
