There are so many ways to benefit from drawing and express yourself. Spend some time in the studio looking at different materials to draw with and ways to make line, design, colour and value and enhance your work by learning to look. Drawing regularly is both mindful and beneficial to all aspects of your creativity. It's also just good fun. Come along and enjoy yourself.
What's included in the price?
All materials are included on the day. Friendly, comfortable and well lit environment. All tools and materials needed to complete your projects. Generous table space. Clear information and demonstrations Food: Hot and cold refreshments will be provided throughout the day and you are welcome to bring your own lunch to the workshop. Alternatively the Ferrers Centre has a terrific tea rooms and deli where you can have a delicious lunch or snack throughout the day.

Maker
I study landscapes, weather and seasonal change with a strong emphasis on colour. Currently I am painting with oils, but I regularly produce work with oil pastels, acrylics and inks. My love of the landscape and the ever changing weather conditions are my starting point, developing my work through sketches that explore composition and colour. From here, I work to create vivid and stimulating final pieces.
