About the Course
This is a hand embroidery, slow stitching workshop for all those people who need to escape from their everyday chaotic life and completely lose themselves in this addictive hobby. Many garden border samplers will be shown as examples and once you have chosen your colours and fabrics and threads, you will be guided through each stage. You will be shown how to layer fabrics successfully and use stitches to build up textured flowers and foliage- sometimes the most simple stitches are the most effective! This is suitable for a complete beginner or the more advanced embroiderer. At the end of the day you will take away a completed hand stitched garden border, or maybe two if you're keen!
All workshops can be viewed and booked through the website at the top of the page.
There is onsite parking. If coming by train, Pershore is the nearest station and a short taxi ride away. Accommodation can also be found there.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
