About the Course

Learn about the intaglio method of printmaking by creating drypoint prints, we will look at examples of drypoint prints and explore different ways of mark making onto perspex using various tools.
You will create you own plate and learn how to use a traditional etching press to print your plate, introduce colour and texture to your finished print using chine collé- (glued or pasted coloured tissue or paper incorporated into the print).

Take home your own edition of prints hand pulled on a traditional etching press.
Ability to draw is not required!
