About the Course

An exciting Millinery workshop that explores the art of Draping.
You will learn how to construct a foundation shape using Buckram and this will then be covered in fabric using draped fabric.
This course will also look at fabric trimmings that relate to Draping, including soft bows, and some simple flower shapes.

What's included in the price?

Basic materials are provided, including the Buckram used to create the foundation shape for your hat, hat stiffener, wire and tarlatan.

You will need to have a small
materials budget for a fabric of your choice (between 1/2 and 1 metre, matching thread and any trimmings you would like to use. For example, beads and feathers.
