This beautiful, interesting and versatile book structure opens flat and includes a pencil/pen space in the design. An ideal course for those who would like to learn bookbinding and those wishing to brush up their skills. Participants on the course will work to the same template with the opportunity to personalise with covering and lining materials and the know how for adapting the design in the future. A beautiful selection of papers and threads will be available to choose from including locally made Payhembury marbled papers. Participants will leave with one complete book along with materials, instructions and skills to make another at home. The course will enable you to make and produce your own, high quality books….you will never again be short of a present! With just 6 participants on this course you will receive dedicated attention from Helen. All equipment and materials will be provided along with step-by-step demonstration and practice. The course is suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to enhance their skills.
