Class format and activities
This is a practical specialism delivered in the a specialist studio. You will have ample space to spread out and print on a large surface. Using pre prepared screens, previously exposed with designs and textures, you will build layers of colour and motif in unique, non repetitive patterns. Printers work standing up and require a certain level of stamina. Setting up and fixing colour are included as part of usual studio practice.
In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
Open to all with an interest in surface design and print, including beginners.
