About the Course

Decoration on wood:

Fancy learning how to add decoration onto your wooden crafts? We will look at a whole host of different ways to decorate wood including how use a pyrography pen.
We will learn how to apply, mix various paints including milk paint, acrylic and oils paint and I will also show you how to make milk paint and egg glaze from scratch. Other ideas such as burning and ebonizing will also be demonstrated.

I will provide wood for you to practice on but if you have anything that you would like to have a go at decorating, feel free to bring it along.

I will provide tools also but if you have your own bring them along too.

The venue is in the heart of Sheffield and easily accessible by road or public transport.

What's included in the price?
