What does this course cover
This course is based in the Mary Ward Centre craft room and so, over the year, you will be able to learn many of the crafts usually taught in this specialist studio. As well as traditional crafts such as embroidery, knitting, and crochet, students will also be taught jewellery making, glass fusion, lino-cut printing, and more. The choice of crafts will, as far as is possible, be student led.
Mary Ward Centre is an adult education centre with a difference. We provide a wide range of subjects for people at all levels and run courses during the day, evening or weekend to suit your timetable. Get inspired and enjoy excellent teaching in an environment where each individual’s learning experience is valued. That’s what makes Mary Ward Centre ‘the friendly place to learn.’
