Coptic book binding workshop at a Touch of Craft

In this session you will learn how to upcycle old hard back books into new notebooks using Coptic Book Binding techniques. Coptic book binding creates a book that folds completely flat and is perfect for sketchbooks. Coptic book binding dates back to 2nd Century AD making it one of the oldest forms of book binding.

There will be course notes for you to take home, with information on what tools you've used and where you can get all the stuff you need to bind your own books at home!

This workshop will take place at a Touch of Craft, a fantastic new creative space in Ossett! Sadly this space is not wheelchair accessible .
