About the Course
Thali is an Indian meal made up of a selection of dishes served on a platter, with each item in a small bowl. The meal will include items like curry, lentils, rice, raita and breads; delicious! This makes a balanced and complete meal found throughout India, with regional variations and favourites. You will learn how to use spices and herbs in a subtle way to create authentic home-cooked flavours.

What's included in the price?
An ingredients list will be sent out before the first session. Basic equipment is provided in the school kitchens, but you may like to use your own for familiarity. You will need to bring a tea towel, washing up liquid, dish cloths and containers to transport your food home in.
