About the Course

If you want to show off your cooking skills then Chinese food is a great choice, not as complicated to make as you might imagine and always impressive! Your Chinese tutor will guide you through preparing and cooking a range of authentic Chinese dishes fit for a dinner party, which you can take home to share with your family and friends. During the day you will be making hot and sour soup, Hongshao pork, green tea flavoured king prawns and pineapple rice.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

An ingredients list will be sent out before the session – ingredients are likely to cost in the region of £10. Basic equipment is provided in the school kitchens but in addition you will need to bring a pair of chopsticks, as well as a tea towel, washing up liquid, dish cloths and containers to transport your food home in.
