Colouring a rainbow ... master the use of natural dyes

About the Course

A 1 day course on the use of Natural Dyes with Internationally renowned Dyer Debbie Bamford.
Using just a selection of plant dyes we will create a rainbow of colours. The course is designed to teach you the preparation of fibres, mordanting, colour modification and mixing.

A true day to remember and inspire you to go on and dye more and more …!
Debbie infuses her students with her own love of working with natural dyes in all forms. Qualified to degree level in this subject she is easily able to guide you through the skills required. With over 20 years of experience teaching it is satisfying to know many of her previous students have been confident enough to go on and start businesses and introduce new dyers into this wonderful world
She is not called “the most passssionate natural dyer” for nothing!
A full biography of her training and work is available on request.
