About the Course

A great class if you are interested in colour or even a little afraid of it!

Using a simple cushion stitch we will create a work of art in a colour mix of your own choice using Appletons Crewel wools.

For the first hour we will look at colour and resonance and then create your won wool blend.

The following two hours will see you finishing a unique work of stitched art, whilst we will all be using the same stitch (scotch stitch) the colours used will create completely different effects.

Tina Francis is a tapestry needlpoint and textile artist, colour and texture are what drives her practice and in this workshop especially you will get to see how every colour really does go!

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
