About the Course
Join us to learn the basics of wet felting, one of the oldest fibre arts.
Join us for a traditional holly wreath workshop to get yourself in the festive mood.
You will use a range of materials to create a beautiful 12 inch wreath to hang on your door.
For novice flower arrangers we are offering a wonderful introduction to wreath making using an oasis base. For those with more experience there is the option of using a reusable wire base with a moss covering. Both levels will be run simultaneously. Please purchase the correct option for your skill level.
Decorations will include holly, ivy, spruce, pinecones and pheasant feathers sourced from around the farm; plus additional seasonal goodies for the perfect finishing touches.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
The course fee includes tuition, materials and refreshments.
This workshop was an absolute joy from start to finish. I had never done wet felting before but had looked into it lots and I loved it, producing a felted flower and picture in the time given, that I was really pleased with.
The setting is totally relaxed with lovely beverages and biscuits on offer.
Fiona was really knowledgeable about the craft and wool generally and was brilliant at tutoring. She is extremely fun, friendly and relational and I wouldn't hesitate to try any of the workshops at the farm. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
