The Dukeries Community Centre is a charitable organisation, established in 1988, offering a range of craft workshops. We also offer regular drop in workshop sessions in which you can complete your own project with tools, machinery and guidance on hand. Close to Mansfield, Retford, Worksop and Newark, we also welcome students from Lincoln, Nottingham and Sheffield. The community centre is in the grounds of the Dukeries Academy, which also hosts a swimming pool and gym, a public library, adult education centre, fire training centre, a centre for people with disabilities and a riding centre... so there is plenty to see and visit!

The workshops (and toilets) are fully accessible for people with disabilities.

What's included in the price?

All tuition, tools and equipment and a pack of glass and ancillary items such as frits etc. Your work will be fired in our kiln during the week and be ready for you at the next session.

Tea and coffee are provided. Please bring your own lunch or, alternatively, there are cafés and shops in the village.
