Attended a workshop yesterday, I was very nervous as I am not crafty or arty, but I needn't have been. Milly was great, very patient & funny, I really feel that I can try Dot Art on my own at home now, plus I will be going back for the new Autumn makes that Lana Mutado was telling us about in the workshop.
Don't be in doubt, book in, I'm glad I did.

I have attended several courses by Lana Mutado..the most recent being the Pebble Workshop.. which was wonderful.. all materials were provided ... with excellent tuition in a really friendly and nurturing environment.I would not hesitate to recommend any course run by this lady....also in a lovely setting with plenty of drinks and cake , which always adds to the event .. it’s 5 stars from me .

I had a great time making a pebble picture. There was lots of choice in pebbles and embellishments. I particularly liked the display of finished pictures which made it easier to choose what I was going to do. Throughout we were offered refreshments and advice on how to get the most out of our pictures. I would recommend this course to anybody particularly if they want to make a personalised gift for a friend or relative. As a bonus we got to have a go at making a stone picture using acrylic paints. I will be back

Had a fab day with Milly making my felt dog. Can’t recommend enough, quite a complex process but really enjoyable and Milly is a great teacher, not to mention the endless supply of tea and cake to keep us going.

This was a great workshop everyone was so friendly, lovely cake, copious amounts of tea & coffee. Lots of embellishments to choose from, plus really encouraging advice from Milly. My family were so impressed when I got home they want me to make more, which I think I'll be able to do now all because of the help & tips I picked up from this workshop. Thank You Milly I will be coming back to learn other crafts with you.

I have never made a pebble picture before, I am thrilled with the results really came to life when it went into the box frame, in fact I can hardly believe I made it it's so good :), lot's of help & advice. We even made a beautiful Valentine's Card as an extra treat. I will definitely be back for another workshop.

I cannot recommend these workshops highly enough, they are such a pick me up. I suffer with depression & I find that crafting helps raise my spirits, that is exactly what happened here. I can't wait to go back, all the other ladies in the workshop were lovely & supportive as well.

Everything about the gnome workshop was wonderful, from feeling welcome on arrival. Our little group were friendly and cheerful. Milly was very sensitive to anyone needing a little help or encouragement. Lots of materials to choose from. Flowing coffee! This was my first craft course, and it was the best one I could have chosen, to give me confidence to do more. The two little gnomes I made are my pride and joy!! Thank you, Milly.
Mary - - #19147
Had a lovely afternoon making 2 gnomes. Milly is a wonderful teacher, very patient and good at showing and explaining techniques. Everything needed was provided along with lots of extra embellishments and lots of tea cake and biscuits.
Can't wait to go back and do some needle felting.

I have now attended three felting courses and have thoroughly enjoyed every time. It is a very friendly workshop and Millie is so patient and she believes no question is a silly one which makes you feel comfortable asking them. It is small classes so it is easy for Millie to be with everyone on hand to help. I travel 60 miles to get to these classes, that says how good they are and Millie's sister Jane makes the most wonderful cakes. That's an incentive too.
Doreen Sadler - - #13125
Had a lovely morning with Milly making owls😁 great instruction and quality materials. Will return for a further course some point in the future. Half way through we were served amazing cake and hot drinks. Fab people on course, great experience.

Mum and I both enjoyed your workshop very much, we had a really lovely chillaxed day with great company, fab cake, lots of tea and a fantastic end product which we are both proud to show off.
We hope to come over again in the future to learn more techniques for this lovely craft which you have so cleverly mastered. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your tips, knowledge and secrets - 5 star craft workshop ***** :)

I attended this workshop & was very impressed. Milly is a very patient & friendly teacher allowing the group to feel at ease & not be afraid to ask questions, I was amazed how quickly the 3 hour session went. A true transformation took place from batts of wool to a wonderful little Santa, I now feel I have the basic skills to complete more needle felting projects. Would thoroughly recommend.
