Description:

Home Dairying one day course with tutor Neil Clarke at Acton Scott Historic Working Farm.

With Christmas just around the corner, how about learning to make those special flavoured cheeses to impress your friends and family? You’ll leave the course with lots of ideas for soft and hard cheeses especially for Christmas, made with those extra special ingredients.
You will take some samples home so please bring a cool box. We will also provide you with a recipe leaflet for you to take home to practice your new found dairying skills.

If your nearest and dearest would like to accompany you on your course please enquire about reduced rate lunches and a discounted ticket to visit the working farm.

If you are considering staying overnight or attending the course as part of a
longer break, a range of local accommodation is available, including farm bed and breakfast, hotels and guest houses. For details please call Church Stretton Visitor Information Centre on 01694 723133 or visit the town’s website.
