About the Course

This Saturday workshop is suitable for all abilities and is based in our Oxfordshire studio.

Working with clay is a fun and highly creative introduction to build on your artistic skills.

Jill will guide you with step by step instructions on how to create your sculpture, starting with a single block of clay.

You'll learn:

Techniques including coiling, pinching, slabbing and how to create textures.
Adding colours using slips to your finished piece.

After the workshop Jill will transport all the pieces back to her studio for drying and firing, they are usually ready for collection after a couple of weeks.
