Class format and activities
You will be working to your own design and making a master (original form) from a choice of materials, the finished master is then used to make your own mould in silicone rubber. At the following session, when the mould has set, students will begin by making colour and texture tests in resin and then will be using the mould to cast into guided by the results of the resin tests . The final session will cover finishing techniques and fittings of the cast resin pieces. The tutor will give a short talk and provide samples of resin jewellery at an appropriate point in the course.

In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
