Candle making workshop - make a Christmas centre piece

Red rolled candle

Come along and make candles or a candle themed Christmas table decoration. We use found objects such as pine cones, holly, bark and other woodland items as well as the traditional Christmas baubles and decorations. We melt wax and pour into a mould, we also use wax foundation sheets to make rolled candles in an array of colours.

Class starts at 10am. We discuss and fine tune our designs then begin to melt the wax for the poured candle.

At around 11am we have a hot drink and biscuits. Then we carry on with our table decorations.

Lunch is at around 1pm, which is homemade and delicious!

After lunch we crack out our moulded candles and fine tune our rolled candles. This is a fun and achievable way to make your own design of candle.

We have a quick Mulled Wine or tea break at about 3pm and then finish our candles in time for the 4pm finish.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

All equipment and materials to make one moulded candle and several rolled candles which can be incorporated into a table decoration if wanted.

All refreshments.
