About the Course
We are thrilled to announce that expert Trainer Nikki Whiston will be joining us at the stunning venue of Wortley Hall near Sheffield for a fun and creative workshop where you will be introduced to the technique known as faux calligraphy and paint your own (reusable) tote bag!
About the workshop:
We will begin with a short lesson on faux calligraphy using your paint pen on paper to practice the technique. Then we will move on to our bags! Using chalk you will make a transfer guide onto the material to get you started, then you will use your new technique to paint your wording on to the bag using your paint pen.
You will have choice of three wording templates
- Eat drink & be merry (can also change to drink to dance)
- It's the most wonderful time of the year
- Create Your Own Sunshine
You will leave the workshop with your hand painted tote bag ready to use and your white chalk pen to continue painting whatever you like at home!
Tote bags are grey and 100% cotton
