Create more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude and happiness with wellbeing journaling. If you have a lots of going on in your life and feel a bit lost, craving for some relaxing time and creativity, join me online for an hour of journaling, mindful breathing, drawing and lettering. Over the 6 weeks we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start a pocket journal and develop a habit of creative art journaling. We will learn different art journaling techniques, how to draw borders, letters and doodles. Start date 12/02, following course dates 19/02, 26/02, 05/03, 12/03 and 19/03. Who is this class for: Anyone who would like to get creative in their journals and use different creative techniques while slowing down, appreciating present moments and dreaming about the future. All sessions will be recorded so you can watch them again. You will also gain an access to Wellbeing Journaling Facebook Group for accountability and higher chance to build journaling routine over the 6 weeks.
