Spent a day forging a simple yet lovely little blade here, which just has a wonderful ancient feel to it.
Everyone was friendly and Jake David who was running the course gave calm and supportive help throughout the blade making process.
Burton Agnes is a lovely location for anyone to venture out to and it was an amazing experience seeing a family run working forge in the villlage.
I would highly recommend the day to anyone wishing to try black smithing and blade making for the first time.
