About the Course
A relaxed and rewarding experience in learning the basics of Stained Glass making
which includes glass cutting, copper foiling and soldering.
You will choose pieces from a selection of coloured glass & learn how to put them together using the copper foil technique as made famous by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
The class lasts approximately 4 hours depending on how many are in the class
(maximum 6) during which time you will make two lightcatchers to take home with you.
A choice of designs are provided.
Please note: If you can get a party of four people together we can come to you! 30 mile radius from Belper, Derbyshire, includes; Nottingham, Leicester, Sheffield and Derby.

All tools, materials & equipment are provided.
Refreshments are available throughout the class. You are welcome take a break at a suitable time when you can take the opportunity to go out into the lovely town of Belper where there are plenty of coffee shops for you to have lunch, alternatively you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
This was a great course and would highly recommend it if you are interested in Stained Glass. Jo knows her stuff and in a relaxed atmosphere one comes away more knowledgeable. Great fun, thank you.
