About the Course
The day will begin with John doing a short demonstration landscape, showing the way he applies oil paint, brush control and colour mixing. He will discuss painting a sky, distance and foreground (aerial perspective) and trees. Depending on your level of experience and drawing ability, you can make your own painting as complicated or simple as you like. There will be plenty of photos to choose from to give you inspiration and ideas. John will work with each person individually to help you to complete your painting.
