About the Course

Come along to our workshops and learn how to grow and use your own cut flowers. The British cut flower movement has been growing quickly over the past few years with more than 500 local growers and florist/growers across the UK.

Our workshops will be led by Jill Sutherland of Flora Alba (, who grows a wide variety of cut flowers close to Falkland Palace in Fife. Jill is in her 4th year of growing cut flowers, providing floristry and leading workshops.

She will take you through best methods of cutting your flowers, conditioning them and show you floristry techniques such as hand tied bouquets and table decorations. Perfect for a special event or just to enjoy a bit of the outside inside.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
