About the Course

The BA (Hons) Top-Up year is equivalent to the third year of a university degree and will allow those who have completed a National Diploma or equivalent Level 5 qualification to achieve a full BA (Hons). The Top-Up year can be the final step in your progression on our accredited Fashion courses beginning with the Access to Fashion and HND (Art & Design) Fashion Diplomas.

This course will allow you to explore, experiment, refine and evaluate your own practice in preparation for a career in the Fashion Industry. Opportunities to develop professional skills through independent and collaborative projects will enable you to achieve a deeper understanding of the industry and define your place within it. A range of career outcomes in fashion may be supported; including menswear, womenswear, costume design, tailoring, bridal and eveningwear.
