About the Course
We put on foraging walks and outdoor cooking workshops in and around Bristol.
This walk will be led by a forager from Totally Wild UK, 10:30am -13:30 at Fernhill Farm.
After introductions we will get in to the mind set of a forager before heading out to discover the vast array of wild edibles lying all around us - including mushrooms, berries and nuts.
Whilst on the walk you will get the chance to try some pre made tasters from infusions to jams, chutneys, salt pickles, syrups, salts and herb mixes.
