About the Course

Countryside and Craft Courses are very happy to announce our Artisan Cider making course on Saturday 13th October this year.

Cider is one of the oldest drinks in the UK and is enjoying a recent revival. Come and join us for a one day course to learn about how to make real Cider Perry or apple juice.

You are welcome to bring your own apples (bag or 2), to identify/juice/mash. Our tutor is the experienced Cider maker, Simon Reed, who runs his own company in Canterbury, Kent.
