About the Course

Join Wendy for this one day hand embroidery and appliqué workshop. You will be using netting and organza and Wendy will also be introducing students to some gold thread work. This beautiful piece of work by Wendy “Williams Leaves” was inspired by the work of William Morris. Students will be shown different techniques and stitches to complete the design. The leaves have two layers of different coloured organza laid between a piece of net and depending on the order of colours the effect is very different. Basic sewing skills required.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
