A lovely way to spend a Valentines day evening!
Really interesting overview of honey making and the way it changes the qualities of the honey.
Delicious honey and cheese - not something I would have paired up before but it definitely works.
Agnes is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher who makes the session fun as well as instructive. I learnt loads. Thanks for a great experience.
This was a birthday present to me from our daughter and we found it a very pleasant and unusual experience. As it turned out, we knew very little about honey or bees and we learned a lot. The kit was very well presented and was a pleasure to use. We had no idea that there are so many different flavours and tastes and we enjoyed sampling some of them. The cheese was a contrast and a completely different tasting experience which just seemed to round off the evening nicely. The time seemed to fly by and we were amazed to discover that two and a half hours had passed so quickly. Many thanks.

This proved to be a very enjoyable and informative event. Agnes is very knowledgeable about her subject and delivered it in a very friendly and relaxed way. The pack that we received in the post was well thought out containing 5 different types of honey, 2 large packs of cheese and a packet of biscuits, not to mention all of the other items that we needed for the event. If you are interested in Bees, Good food and good company this is for you.
From the beautifully designed and presented package which arrived in good time, to the informative and enjoyable evening session, this was one of the best Christmas presents I have received!
I was also gifted a beehive last year so am looking forward to produce my own honey this year. I now have a better understanding of the processes involved and really enjoyed the sampling of quite distinct flavours of raw honey.
Thank you Agnes.
From the moment I unpacked the parcel from Beesitter, it was obvious that great thought and care had been given to presentation and content of the package. The colour co-ordination and various little touches heightened the anticipation of the workshop, and I was not disappointed. Agnes has not only an excellent knowledge of and enthusiasm for her subject, but she is able to communicate this in an accessible way, making for an interesting and fun evening. My sense of taste obviously has along way to go, but I enjoyed the different honeys and cheeses very much and learnt so much about bees, their habitat and their importance in the world that I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone.
Many thanks Agnes, and best wishes for the future.
We really enjoyed this course. The kit was beautifully packaged and the course content pitched at just the right level. And the honey and cheese were delicious too!
Before participating in this brilliant workshop, I knew nothing about bees or how they make honey.
Learning about their complex structure, the painstaking work that these beautiful creatures perform in the cycle of life, and the intricate processes involved in the production of honey was truly fascinating.
The highlight for me was the honey and cheese tasting, what a delightful treat. I was surprised to learn about the unique flavours of honey that are out there.
An enjoyable experience. This was given to me as a gift by my son. I learned a lot about bees and honey which has made me more appreciative of this wonderful product. I recently bought some raw honey from a local trader and will certainly try some more as it was far superior to the supermarket products.
Thank you and I wish you all the best in the future.
Hi Agnes, I really had a great time in following your workshop!
I learned many new things about the bees, how they make honey among other byproducts and some other fun facts I had no idea about. I equally loved the tasting part which turned out to be as interesting as a wine tasting (I honestly did not expect it could be!) with such a delicious selection of different cheeses and honeys. This experience definitely taught me a lot, thank you!
I wish you get to know the success you deserve!
Best of luck,
This was a Xmas gift from my Daughter , and we found the course was very constructive and interesting to know more about the wonderful work these creatures do, now we realise the flavours and textures of different honeys around the globe are so vast, very good course and we enjoyed it. thank you again and the very best for you in the future, Regards David and Kay Pimm
P.S We felt it could have been maybe 30 mins shorter, but thats just us
