Many of the Art & Design studios have limited accessibility. If you have restricted mobility please contact the Art & Design Administrator or Learning Support before enrolling. Learning will take place in a Macintosh computer studio, and there are no special requirements. As this is a screen based class students should be aware of eye strain and fatigue and will be encouraged to take regular breaks. You are encouraged to practice with software outside of class, but this is not essential.
What you will need for your class
It would be helpful for you to bring a pen and notepad, as you may wish to take notes. Also recommended is a storage device such as USB Memory stick (minimum 8GB) or mini hard drive, for storage of work and final export of video files.
You do not need to bring any special equipment or material to classes, as the college will provide all necessary equipment and video footage for exercises and projects. You will also have access to computers during the class (Apple Macs).
