About the Course
This is a one day workshop aimed at students who want to build will on existing skills and improve their knowledge.
For people living busy lives - whether in full time work or otherwise, and want to keep weekends free for family and other activities.
Book a week-day off to enhance your skills and continue working on your current project. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of five (5) students to enable the maximum of one-to-one attention.
This is a natural progression for students who have attended my monthly Week-end Course or other courses.
Students will provide their own project. They are recommended to discuss their project with the tutor prior to the course.
Base materials and sundries - eg webbing, hessian, hair, calico etc will be available to purchase. Tools also available to buy.
Students will have their top cover fabric and trimmings in time for the course
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

Plenty of fresh country air (you will be on a working farm)
and enjoy a country walk during your break.
As a complete beginner I was amazed how much I achieved in a day. Of course there was far more to it than I imagined but all the stages were explained really well. I went home fully set up to work on my own towards the next step.
Philip is a very friendly, hospitable teacher. It was most enjoyable.
