5-Day Traditional Upholstery Course
Upholstery is a very useful skill to learn and it’s possible to do excellent quality work with remarkably few specialist tools. You can also easily turn your new skills into a profitable paying hobby or small business, with some further practice.

Yep, it's a lot to get into a week, but we can!
Where are we? About 10 minutes from Blyth services on the A1M, so really easy to get to.
If you’re not local, accommodation is available at the Blyth Travel Lodge hotel, one or two B&B’s in Harworth and Bawtry or there’s a nearby site for caravans and campervans. We’re not affiliated with any of these and you will need to make your own arrangements with them.
If you’re coming by train, we’ll pick you up at the station and ferry you to and from your accommodation each day.
If the projected course dates conflict with other obligations you have, do contact me and we'll see if we can work it out. I can be flexible and it may be possible to organise another course which runs (for example) from Thursday to Monday, or Friday to Tuesday, or whatever suits us both.
If you will be redeeming a CraftCourses gift voucher on this course, the voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
~ All materials needed to spring and upholster an upright chair
(you are welcome to bring your own top fabric but we’ll need to chat about it in advance)
~ A nice, usually antique chair to work on and take home
~ Use of all necessary tools
~ Refreshments on tap all day
~A good lunch of your choice each day
A £50 deposit on booking secures your place. This is non-refundable if you cancel and don't book another course, but it fully refundable in the unlikely event that I cancel.
