Learn to Knit course at Stitching Kitchen - 12 monthly sessions

Month one - basic shapes


Over the twelve sessions you will learn everything you need to become a competent knitter - each month you will create a new project and develop your skills. 
During the year you will learn to cast on, knit, purl, cast off, read a knitting chart, increase and decrease stitches, knit in the round, cable knit, Intarsia, colour changes, lace knitting.  
You will also learn how to problem solve dropped stitches, stitch markers, safety lines and when to ask for help!
Projects to include making Washcloths, flowers, key rings, hairbands, shawl, broach, bauble.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
