I attended the cream and body scrub making session and I loved it! Not only were they very welcoming and explained the benefits in full and easy detail, we got to leave with our products and the details for it.
The session was hands down educational, beneficial, quick and efficient, and fun!
Nice to see a successful family business ran with integrity :)
Had a great afternoon learning how to make beauty products from scratch using natural foods, oils, waxes etc. Naz was really knowledgeable in beauty/skincare and was really fun and interesting to listen to. Would not hesitate to go back and do another course :)
The make your own beauty products workshopt was fun, Naz has a great sense of humour and make you relax. The crowd was nice and the setting made it easy to interact and meet new people.
The workshop was eye opening; I have learnt a lot on what is in beauty products that we buy and how to make a natural substitute which is also cheaper. My favourite is my lip balm. You also receive a complementary book recipe for more. I really recommend it.
I went with a friend to do the homemade beauty products workshop and we had a great time. We can tell how passionate Naz is about what she does, not only she covered the bits from the workshop but she also gave lots of extra tips. It was a fun afternoon and will be looking at booking another workshop with them.
An amazing morning spent with my daughter at Midas Touch Crafts learning about Natural Beauty Product Making. Which we both loved and has paid for itself over and over again now that we make all our own Natural Beauty Products.
We loved it so much that we have returned for other Midas Touch Crafts workshops and knowing that its for a good cause makes it that extra bit special.
Run by a wonderful mother and daughter team - whose love for what they do fills the room!
Just been having a look at your website, looking great and lovely to see how you are growing. Really good to see especially as you can tell how much passion you have for what you are doing. I've not stopped using your stuff, they're great! The dry shampoo has got me out of a few interview scrapes :$ these last few months!
Not sure if you have had a chance to see the email I sent last week (I appreciate that you are very busy) but I was hoping you could send me the recipe for the plumping lip balm we made in class? I absolutely love it and am running low... Didn't want to 'waste' it over the summer months but now the weather is beginning to change it has a permanent place in my handbag!
Hope to hear from you soon and hope you are keeping well.
Dear Naz - just surfacing now to say a HUGE thank you for the amazing workshop - the girls had so much fun and talked incessantly all the way home and for days afterwards. Each time i picked up a product, Freya told me the whys and wherefores of it…. - we now no longer use the conditioners and she is keen not to wash her hair ever again !?? Soap is a gonner and she is excited to do another course ! Well done!!
Nicole (Olivia’s mother) also was fascinated by the tales Livi told her and is keen to join Midas and do some courses.
All great !
I look forwards to seeing you again soon and thank you so much again.
Thank you for such an amazing workshop. Jen & I had a really good time. Meeting other people on our table and learning something quite refreshing on a Saturday morning.look forward to your email with all the information.
You are such a great host, you interacted with your guests and made us laugh so much.
The workshop yesterday was amazing. Me and my friend really enjoyed it. Your mum must be so proud of you.
I am interested in the chocolate making workshop for two people. ( Going to bring my mum along ) .
What are the available dates ?
I would just like to thank you on behalf of all the girls for providing us with a very fun, comfortable and heart warming experience at our private perfume making workshop. We enjoyed the information you shared and can not wait to make use of everything we made. The girls loved your hospitality and would definitely like to book with you again!
:( Also, the girls are asking for the information pack you mentioned you would email over after the class. Please do send that over when possible.
I look forward to hearing from you and booking with you again in the future. Once again thank you.
The Beaty Workshop was really nice and you seem like someone who is knowledgeable and has done a lot of reading and research. I really enjoyed it and made me think of how many chemicals i put on my body and face every day. So I made the decision to replace my chemical products with natural products which will take some time and research. Your website has some good ideas which I would like to thank you for as it is difficult to find a good recipe 👍
I am now interested in perfume making so can you please give me dates?
I came to your 100% Natural Homemade Beauty Products workshop on 25th June and just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for a really lovely day!
Mummy and I went along for girly treat now and, not only did we have a lot of fun - you are a fantastic host - but we have left with a taste for natural beauty products and are looking forward to throwing out our old products and making our own in the future.
It's also fantastic knowing that all proceeds go to charity! 😃
Thank you very much for your email and all the tips ! :)
I really enjoyed the workshop last week !
Could you please tell on which website can I buy Wax ? I cant find it...
Thanks a lot !!
Thanks for your email, really appreciate that you've sent us so many natural beauty tips. Looking forward to testing them out.
I really enjoyed listening to you yesterday morning as you explained how we can steer clear of toxins and chemicals and all the alternatives we have available.
I could see how passionate you are which is what made the workshop so enjoyable for me and of course your banter & humour ;)
I'd like you to please say a sincere thank you to your mum who came over to my sister and I & confirmed that there were no men in the room so we could get on comfortably without our veils on.
That was very thoughtful and sweet of her and means a lot to us.
God bless you & give you and your mum the determination and strength to continue the great charitable work that you do.
I did the beauty product course - the course description is really misleading. It's a very basic set up with cheap containers and products. There is lots of talking which wastes a lot of time. The scrubs are literally just sugar and some oil. The lotion was mixed with no info about emulsifiers. The Body butter wasn't a whipped version. The lip balm was bad, just hard wax with all ingredients settling at the bottom. It's not a professional course obviously but I don't think you learn anything. There is no use of essential oils, there was no info about packaging / making it nice and there was no eBook at the end. It's a shame because I was expecting more and was left disappointed.
